A luxury retail real estate advisory firm are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a busy finance team of 3 in their gorgeous offices in Green park. This exciting opportunity is best suited for someone who is Accounts Payable through and through, someone who wants to commit to the role for the next few years and enjoys a busy, fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• Processing all client invoices that come in to you.
• Planning and execution of the monthly payment runs primarily in Pounds Sterling but additional runs in Euros.
• Bank and supplier reconciliations.
• A variety of adhoc duties throughout the day.
• Ownership of supplier payments plans.
• Liaising with stakeholders of all scale.

Skills and Qualification Required for an Accounts Payable Specialist:

• A keen passion and desire to work in Accounts Payable is essential.
• 2+ years experience in a similar Accounts Payable role is essential.
• Excel skills to an intermediate level is essential.
• Horizon system experience would be desirable.
• Experience working in the property sector would be desirable.

This is an office-based role, where the successful candidate will be paid up to £35,000. Both study support and hybrid working will be discussed once your 6 month probation has been completed.
