Accounts Receivable/ Cashier Position Available

You will play an important active role in the day to day workings of the Credit Control function. You'll be processing incoming payments posting cash / account reconciliations, in addition to managing their own ledger of client accounts. You will be immediately available, experienced in an all-rounder role with a heavy focus within Accounts Receivable. You will be joining a fun friendly youthful team and reporting directly to the Finance Manager


Duties:

• Full function Accounts Receivable
• Some Accounts Payable
• Account & bank reconciliations
• Month end duties
• Analyse profit and loss
• Data entry as required

Skills/Experience Required:

• 1+ years in a similar position
• Knowledge / previous use of Maconomy required
• Strong AR knowledge is required
• Work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail.
• Experience of working with B2B companies
