Financial Services client based in Mayfair, are looking for a Junior Administrator to join a small team supporting and working closely with a number of staff, including Directors.

This role would suit a Graduate with a keen interest into business administration.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Meeting and greeting clients,
  • Answering phones
  • Processing application forms received from investor
  • Reconciling client money accounts
  • Setting up online payments
  • Filing, typing, printing, scanning, updating spreadsheets
  • Local bank runs
  • Sorting out post, franking
  • Providing other administrative support to other colleagues, including Directors
