As a Client On-Boarding Assistant you will need:

• To be fluent in Portuguese
• Experience in working in an FX broker
• Excellent data entry skills
• Ability to achieve deadlines
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Business level of spoken and written English
• Have knowledge of PEP, Sanctions and AML regulations
• Understanding and awareness of FCS regulations and handbook
• To be educated to degree level

As a Client On-Boarding Assistant you will responsible for:

• Assisting the process of opening new accounts on a daily basis where new accounts are applied for by prospective clients, opening corporate accounts, opening IB accounts.
• Liaising with the client services team and compliance regarding any queries
• Obtaining missing or additional documentation, in a second language where necessary
• Ensuring full security and ID checks are completed in line with procedures
• Identifying any suspected fraudulent activity
• Advise the business of county blacklists for accounts and communicate any extra ID check required in certain countries
