Asset Management Administrator

Our client, a global real estate and investment group, are seeking a strong administrator to support the Asset Management team assisting the asset manager. As Asset Management Administrator you will be required to support the mobilisation of new assets, maintain financial controls of the projects and assist with general administration processes.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Administration in Asset Management and have an understanding of related complex reports.

This position is based close to London Bridge and the client offers hybrid working.

Responsibilities of Asset Management Administrator

  • Assist in administering the cost controls for the projects by ensuring compliance with set procedures
  • Assist project finance team in administering project budgets in the project finance systems
  • Assist in the resolution of supplier payment issues, including central communication point
  • Raising requisitions and purchase orders within Oracle
  • Receipting of goods and services within Oracle
  • Assist with progress claim preparation submission and liaison
  • Assisting the Asset Manager with the Service Charge approval process
  • Collaborate with others to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing management

Skills & Experience of Asset Management Administrator

  • Data entry skills
  • Customer service skills: primarily anticipating and meeting the needs of internal customers
  • Financial aptitude
  • Ideally have experience with site administration, financial controls, producing reports, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, issue resolution
  • Demonstrated track record in administration of Asset Management, Development or Construction projects considered an advantage
  • TM1 and Oracle R12 knowledge is an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience understanding, interpreting, and preparing complex reports and plans (e.g., financial reports, budgeting, works scheduling, workload allocation, performance planning)
