Growing Organisation is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join its team on a permanent basis. The Assistant Accountant would be AAT Level 4 or AAT Qualified.

Duties of the Assistant Accountant include:

• Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
• Drafting management accounts
• Preparing financial documents such as purchase orders and bank statements
• Verifying company expenses, bank deposits and bank payment
• Preparing VAT returns
• Resolving commercial queries with stakeholders
• Assisting with financial reporting
• Ad-hoc duties

The Assistant Accountant would require excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload
