A well-established and fast-growing multinational financial services specialist with almost $7bn in foreign currency transactions yearly, and payments to over 125 markets worldwide; are seeking exceptional Assistant Accountant candidates to join their London team. The ideal candidate should have 3+ year's experience in an Accounts advisory role, ideally for a financial services company or retail bank. Hybrid and Flexible work!!

As an Assistant Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Review of monthly bank reconciliations.
• Liaise with auditors for annual monitoring, including audit preparation and completing tasks.
• Prepare the month end journals, including depreciation, accruals, and prepayments.
• Assist in the completion of the year-end reports.
• Work effectively within a team to maximise potential and deliver results.

The successful candidate will be:

• 3+ year's proven experience in an Accounts advisory role either for a financial services company or retail bank preferred.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, alongside advanced problem-solving
• High level of accuracy & Good attention to detail flexible
• Final level AAT qualification preferred
