The Role:

• Preparing and running the weekly supplier payment runs for all subsidiaries
• Posting invoices accurately to weekly and monthly deadlines
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Timely and accurate delivery of payment cycle for suppliers
• Ensuring correct authorisations are obtained
• Sending payment runs via BACs
• Inspecting and resolving misallocated costs

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in Accounts
• Experience working in the property/real estate/ asset management sectors
• ACCA/CIMA part qualified or someone looking to start their studies
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
