Fast paced Bank are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to Join their Legal & Company Secretarial team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a company secretarial role within a Financial Services or Banking organisation, be ACIS qualified and have strong communication skills, attention-to-detail and be able to liaise with stakeholders effectively.

This role will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a professional and pro-active Company Secretarial Service to the Board and other committees across the Bank.

Key responsibility will be to assist the Board and other Committees arrangements; including full secretarial support including attendance, preparation of minutes, agenda preparation, collation and distribution of the papers (via Diligent) and follow up of actions from all meetings
