My Client are are a Global Media firm based in the heart of Chiswick, looking for a diligent, professional Benefits Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• The Benefit Supervisor role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the benefit plans offered to over 900 employees based in the UK.
• This involves supporting the design, delivery, implementation, and administration of benefit programs that support business strategy.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in a Benefits Supervisor position, with UK Benefits & Pensions experience with strong knowledge on the UK legislation in relation to benefits.
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong customer service attitude.
