My client is recruiting for a Billings Analyst on a 9 month FTC based in the City. They are a large brokerage company with a great environment to work in and be part of.

Role responsibilities:

• Analyse and review monthly billing output
• Ensure accurate invoices and credit-notes in line with controls
• Generating and sending out invoices through the ORMB system
• Reviewing monthly outputs and reconcile the General Ledger
• Checking of contracts and approving orders
• Communicate with customers, the wider business and credit controllers
• Testing billing system
• Preparing statistical revenue information for reporting teams and reconciliations

Candidate requirements:

• Must have proven Billing/Invoicing experience
• Excellent system/Excel skills
• High attention to detail
• Analytical
• Methodical and organised
