As a Business Development Analyst you will be responsible for:

• Updating and maintaining databases regarding capital markets activity and client transactions
• Assisting senior members of the Business Development team with the preparation and distribution of quotes, including liaising with introducers and prospective clients to discuss proposed transaction structures, as well as internally with team members, departments, and other offices in the global network to determine appropriate services and pricing
• Analysing data for trends and patterns with a view towards producing general, market update reports, or bespoke reports in respect of a selected geography, transaction type, asset class, or client
• Preparing pitch books and other marketing materials including developing and managing tailored content and market update information in accordance with the businesses brand guidelines and systems
• Assisting the Head of Business Development in organising a range of marketing initiatives whether conferences, seminars, sporting events, digital content, etc.
• Prepare reports and presentations for periodic internal management meetings concerning pipeline, revenue, and key performance metrics
• Helping the Head of Business Development to ensure that the CRM database is kept up to date with account information, contact information, meetings, call reports, and mandate tracking
