About the role

You will be responsible for leading and driving the ongoing development of the finance function and ensuring alignment with the organisation wide strategy.

Crucially, you are a natural leader with a strong depth of experience in managing large teams, and have the confidence and credibility to engage effectively and build relationships at Board level, and with senior executives and operational stakeholders

Duties

• To develop, execute and maintain an overall strategy for the Finance functions
• Responsibility for the integrity of financial procedure, processes and methodology used throughout the organisation
• Due-dilegance
• Mergers's and Aquisitions
• Manage and maintain the cash flow and investment function of the organisation in accordance with prudential guidelines
• Ensure the implementation of the financial plan and report to the Board in a timely manner on any deviations from the plan or any parameters established by the Board

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrable experience in a Finance Director or CFO role within a Media organisation or a similar industry
• Must have worked in a PE backed business
• Professional accounting qualification or equivalent
• Natural gravitas and proven leadership ability
• Immediately available to interview and commence role within in the next fortnight
