Client Services Executive | City of London | 30K
Hours: 8am - 5pm or 1pm - 9pm

My Client are an international spread betting and CFD trading service, who are on the hunt for a diligent, experinced Client Services Executive to join their London City Office.
The Role

• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email
• Assisting accounts team with the set-up of new client accounts and KYC procedures
• Running client statements
• Assisting account managers, partners and international teams with their client's needs
• Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
• Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
