KennedyPeace are working with a global leisure company based in London. This position is hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home and you will be joining a dynamic company with tons of progression opportunities. This role is to support the strategy of the international business in delivering improvements to performance understanding and insight.

The role:

  • Support the current Franchisee with building out their reporting and analysis suite
  • Liaise with the internal Finance team to make sure we are receiving payments on time
  • Help in the rebuilding of short and long term forecast models and the annual budget/quarterly forecasting process
  • Assist in updating the Finance, Reporting & Performance Management Manual and the onboarding of any new partners
  1. International (US)
  • Run daily, weekly and monthly reporting, encompassing a wide breadth of areas including: membership, operational and financial KPI's
  • Continual development of management information systems, to improve automation of reporting to key business users and expand current reporting suite
  • Ensure the Board Report is completed in a timely and accurate manor, developing the report in line with business growth
  • Provide insight through commercial analysis, giving recommendations back on revenue improvements and cost efficiencies
  • Key involvement with the quarterly forecast and annual budget process
  • Develop strong relationship with Configuration team
  • Help support the set up of franchising within the US

  • Support on UK project reporting and analysis as required e.g. launch of a new cycle proposition
