A Prestigious Gallery based in the City of London is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager to join their head office team.

Reporting the Finance Director, the Commercial Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing Team of 4 within Commercial Finance
• Focus on delivering financial excellence in every aspect of reporting, which includes: Sales Force, Sales, Marketing and Engagement, Private Sales, Consolidated / Group P&L Management, Headcount, Exec. & Board

• Commercial contact/comms for Hyperion deliverables e.g Month End, Forecast & Budget

• Work with Finance Director, Commercial Finance and Regional Directors to develop drive and successfully consolidate key business processes/reports e.g Budget, Forecast, Headcount, Bonus Model

• Business Partnering for both Engagement and Marketing including ownership of Budgeting and Forecasting processes
• Business Partnering with Group Finance on key Group owned cost areas to enhance Management Reporting
• External and Internal financial communications
• Competitor analysis and reporting
• Various financial analysis for key stakeholders including the Executive Management team
• Provide value adding financial insight to Senior Management through ad-hoc requests and pro-active analysis

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in leading a team
• Come from an Audit background
• Be commercially minded
• Be a ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified Accountant
