Commercial Finance Manager

The Company

Our client is a growing Events organization based in North West London. They are currently going through a period of growth and are looking to solidify their team and bring in top talent to support the growth of the business. This particular headcount is a newly created role and will be the main support to lead and develop the Finance function from a Technical Accounting perspective as well as the Commercial side. Working very closely with the senior members of the organization, this role will be a true business partner. The Role

This role is designed for someone who is technically a strong accountant whilst being a true Business Partner, who can think more broadly about the company and see the entire picture of the organization. This role will be exposed to many senior members of the company and will be liaising with not only the team within, but also the board members. You will be responsible for analyzing the finances across different divisions of the company with a fantastic technical team in place and great company culture. Training and development will be provided with an experienced mentor to guide you. In addition, you will be required to offer advice, knowledge and ideas on how to improve the development of the organization, processes and look after 6 direct reports.

• Be confident on Excel

• Have a strong technical accounting background
• Be an experienced Finance Manager with proven "value add" achievements
• Have a background with a product/inventory based company prior
