Property company based in East London looking for a Commercial Finance Manager for 6 months. This is a very role and key things include:

Lead the preparation and delivery of the 5 year budget process. Requirements:

• 2-3mth process of preparation, analysis and reporting.
• Management of finance & non-finance stakeholders feeding into the process. (c.15-20 people).
• Creation and co-ordination of a timetable for all stakeholders to govern the process.
• Key point of contact for delivery of end-product to senior management in UK.
• Significant focus on presentational material including core analysis, key insights, and areas of risk and opportunity.

Lead the preparation and delivery of the Q3 Quarterly Finance Report (QFR). Requirements:

• 3-4 week process of preparation, analysis and reporting.
• End product is a detailed management reporting pack outlining the 2019 YTD and full year forecast for the operational performance of UK shopping centres.
• Management of finance stakeholders feeding into the process. (c.10-15 people).
• Creation and co-ordination of a timetable for all stakeholders to govern the process.
• Key point of contact for delivery of end-product to senior management in UK.
• Significant focus on presentational material including core analysis and areas of risk and opportunity.

You will be immediate/ 2 week notice period with a wealth of experience. The rate is circa upto £400 per day.
