Client Company Secretary | £70,000 | City of London
My Client are a leading Investment and Professional Trust Advisory on the hunt for a Client Company Secretary to join their business function on a permanent basis based in the heart of the City.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for the right individual to join and help grow the client company secretarial function.
This is a hands on role to provide company secretarial services to a range of structured finance, SPV's and other corporate clients across the business.
- Take ownership and responsibility for board paper preparation, collation and circulation in a timely manner, attend meetings and produce high quality minutes.
- Ensure procedures for all board committees are carefully documented and procedures followed.
- Provide advice as required on company law, FCA/UKLA rules, stock exchange, corporate governance and other mandatory and voluntary practices.
- Manage statutory filings with Companies House within the required periods.

The Candidate
- Educated to degree level and ICSA qualified
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualifying experience.
- Relevant corporate experience.
