EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager | £60,000 | City of London
My Client, a Global Marketing Advertising agency are on the hunt for their next talented EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Client

The Role
The purpose of the role is to flawlessly manage and execute key compensation and benefit processes. You will be required to bring clarity on the processes, identify key decisions and provide talking points for line managers across EMEA.You will provide competitive packages for senior leaders moves and appointments across EMEA.
The Candidate
You must have experience of Compensations & Benefits / Rewards. You must be a clear communicator who can identify key messages and deliver them in a simple way. European languages are desirable.
