We have been mandated by a leading digital asset custodian to identify an experienced AML professional to join their team in the ADGM in Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities of a Compliance Director/MLRO

Working as the regulated MLRO, the successful candidate will:

• implement and maintain the AML framework

• Advise on CTF/Sanctions/Fraud/ABC issues

• Act as the Data Protection Officer

• Analyse conflicts and develop policies

• Analyse the commercial impact of new rules and regulations

• Ensure the timely submission of regulatory returns

Qualities & Attributes of a Compliance Director/MLRO

You will have a minimum of 7 years' financial crime experience gained within the UAE coupled with experience or a strong interest in the digital asset space. Salary: AED 70K per month. Please contact me for more detail.
