I'm currently partnered with one of the largest private banks, who are hiring a Senior Compliance Officer within their London office.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Deputy Head of Compliance and be responsible for…

• 2nd line oversight of Compliance including best execution, market abuse and CASS
• Approving and reviewing all financial promotions to UK clients, ensuring they are in line with FCA rules
• Identifying regulatory changes affecting the UK entities and ensure that these are communicated effectively
• Ensuring that allocated compliance related Directives, Policies & Procedures remain up to date

Key skills needed for this role are…

• Either strong practical CASS experience with good compliance and FCA regulations knowledge.

• OR someone with good practical experience in Transaction reporting, Market Abuse regs and best execution.
