An exciting opportunity has become available working as an Conference Producer for an Well-established Advertising Agency.

This is a permanent position, Based in the City of London.

As the Conference Producer you will undertaking targeted research, writing compelling conference programmes and related content. Recruiting speakers, project managing conference delivery, both physical or virtual, and taking ownership for the end-to-end process of running events in a range of formats.

Key Responsibilities for the Conference Producer:

• Generating viability of new conference ideas
• Identifying the correct audience and supporting the development of marketing Plan
• Market Mapping - understanding opportunities sponsorship, identifying target markets as well as unique selling points to drive sponsorship
• The ability to develop a good understanding of a given market
• Have a understanding competitor landscape
• Identifying key stakeholders and partners and relationship management
• The ability to write compelling content in a variety of formats
• Stakeholder management - manage speaker faculties and scheduling
• Control the project P&L
• Oversee aspects of delivery and operations

Desirable Skills:

• Awareness- Keep up to date with broader developments in the sector
• Build understanding of the activities of the company in the UK and internationally
• Develop strategic awareness through monitoring of the competition and the broader business information marketplace
• Identify gaps In the market for the business to explore
• Desk based and telephone research skills are essential
• Experience within the events and conference space
• Market Mapping knowledge
• Exposer or knowledge in the Finacle sector would be preferred but not essential

This is a permanent position paying £40k with a OTE £85K + Hybrid working based in City of London.
