Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a Content Writer at an FX company.

This is a permanent flexible hybrid role, working roughly 2 days per week in their office based in the City of London.

As Content Writer you will be writing about the Financial Markets, CFDs, products and looking into in-depth reporting to translate numbers into words. Working closely with the marketing team to drive content (both written and visual) and provide support to both clients and sales teams. Creating not only reports, but blogs, articles, videos, and webinars, and any other areas you believe would be effective, to promote products and services and give a general overview and in depth look into the current markets.

Responsibilities as Content Writer

  • Evaluate and analyse multi asset products (FX, Indices, Stocks, Crypto, Commodities, Energy etc)
  • Monitoring the latest industry news and creating market news pieces covering various topics.
  • Supporting the marketing team with the creation of daily/weekly/monthly content across multiple channels.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to generate both written and visual content including educational videos, market analysis videos, webinars, and seminars etc.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to deliver non-trading related content requirements including press releases, company news articles etc.
  • Working closely with the sales team to provide in-depth reporting on various products.
  • Manage a small group of analysts, working closely with them and ensuring they have the support required.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent understanding of financial markets and the CFDs industry.
  • Ability to use media equipment including recording equipment and relevant software.
  • Good understanding of social media practices.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to multitask.
  • Confidence regarding public speaking and ability to talk in front of the screen
  • Self-managed and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to speak and understand Spanish is desirable but not necessary.
  • A bachelor's degree around Finance/Accounting is preferred but not necessary.

This is a permanent opportunity paying £60,000 - £80,000 + discretionary bonus based on experience. A flexible hybrid role of 2 days per week in the office based in the City of London.
