Job description
Our City FS client is looking for a freindly professional Corporate Receptionist to cover on an ongoping basis whilst recruiting
This opportunity is to start immediately or with minimal notice periiod
You will joing a small team ensuring a 5 star service to visitors / clients and colleaguies
- Ensuring meetign rooms are immaculate and set for meetign
- Take bookings for meetigns
- Answer phones and take messgaes
- Be the first point of contact for facilities
- Adfhoc admin to support HR and additional teams
Person Spec
- Have excellent communication skills
- Accurate, organised individual, flexible and happy to undertake any task in support of the team members and thus the client
- A pleasant and patient manner is required, as this person will be the first point of contact for the company
- Should have a "can do" attitude combined with a flexible approach to the tasks required
- Previous administrative skills preferred
Good computer skills e.g MS Word / Excel with the ability to learn in house systems
Start Date: This is an immediate temp role to start ASAP
