You've just realised that you probably won't get to Corporate Tax Director anytime soon. What now?
I'm currently working wiith a top 15 firm who really like to invest in their employees. They look to hire extremely driven and progressive individuals. They're looking for a self-motivated Tax Senior Manager who has the vision of becoming a Director within the next 2-3 years.
You'll need to comfortable in overseeing a number of Tax Associates, but you'll also be working closely with your Assistant Manage to get the best out of your team. In addition, you'll work alongside the Directors who will ensure the necessary training is provided to get to this level.
This firm are looking for an individual who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. When you're not in client meetings you'll be looking to bring in new business for the firm.
You'll either be a Tax Manager with 2 years' experience, or a newly promoted Senior Manager.
