  • Assisting with the allocation of receipts and reconciliation of customer accounts
  • Handling sensitive customer queries and enquiries professionally
  • Liaising with management regarding the withdrawal of services/facilities where accounts remain unpaid
  • Building strong working relationships with Sales and Sales Administration teams
  • Contributing to process improvements, initiatives and wider Finance projects

About You

We are looking for someone with previous experience within credit control / accounts receivable, ideally with some experience of supporting or mentoring colleagues.

You will ideally have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience dealing with customers and corporate clients
  • A confident and professional telephone manner
  • Good numerical and reconciliation skills
