KennedyPearce are recruiting for a Credit Controller on behalf of an international media business based in London.

The role will be based in the Credit Control team and reporting into the Credit Manager. Your overall duties will be providing quality customer service whilst minimsiing debt.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sole responsibility for a the collection of portfolio of over 500 accounts
• Collecting outstanding invoices by telephone and email
• Statements on a monthly basis
• Taking credit card payments
• Setting up Direct Debits and Negotiating Payment Plans
• Running the unpaid deposits report on a weekly basis
• Running the cancellation invoice report and escalating outstanding invoices to third party for collections

Your experience

• Ideally 1-2 years relevant experience in Credit Control
• Proficient in excel (Pivot tables, vlookups)
• Customer Service

This role offers up to £27k with a study support package and monthly bonus up to 20% of salary
