Looking for an immediately available candidate to join my client, a well-established Bank, based in the City on a 6 month basis as a Middle Office Credit and Agency Officer. Successful candidates will be responsible for offering bespoke Front Office Agency services to its international clients as well as the Documentation, Execution and Transaction Management processes.

As a Senior Credit Middle Officer and Agency Officer you will be responsible for:

• Analyse and comment on facility documentation, review insurance arrangements, interest rate-hedging instruments.
• Implement and monitor credit facilities in accordance with granted credit approval.
• Provide management reporting on credit reviews / covenant compliance.
• Coordinate internal deal teams in relation to the execution of complex syndicated loan facilities.
• Participate in deal teams together with the Origination and Customer Analysis teams.

As a Senior Credit Middle Office and Agency Officer you will need:

• Experience in all the above
• Thorough knowledge and experience of loan agency functions.
• Experience of IBIS or similar, Intralinks/Debt domain and similar platforms.
• Experience of Asset Based Finance type of deals with shipping and energy industry knowledge.
