My client an international bank, based in the city are looking for a customer service operations administrator to join their team due to business success. The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience within a similar role, extensive experience within Nostro reconciliations and excellent knowledge of SWIFT.

As a customer services operations administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out various duties within Customer Services
  • All Nostro Reconciliations
  • Processing Debit Card applications and support
  • Processing Internet Banking applications and support
  • Processing SWIFT inflows into client's accounts
  • Complying with the FCA/PRA's Individual Conduct Rules

As a customer services operations administrator you will need:

  • Proven knowledge of Nostro Reconciliations systems reconciliations.
  • Excellent knowledge of SWIFT
  • Attention to detail
  • Aptitude to learn
  • Problem solving
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
