Job description
My client an international bank, based in the city are looking for a customer service operations administrator to join their team due to business success. The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience within a similar role, extensive experience within Nostro reconciliations and excellent knowledge of SWIFT.
As a customer services operations administrator you will be responsible for:
- Carrying out various duties within Customer Services
- All Nostro Reconciliations
- Processing Debit Card applications and support
- Processing Internet Banking applications and support
- Processing SWIFT inflows into client's accounts
- Complying with the FCA/PRA's Individual Conduct Rules
As a customer services operations administrator you will need:
- Proven knowledge of Nostro Reconciliations systems reconciliations.
- Excellent knowledge of SWIFT
- Attention to detail
- Aptitude to learn
- Problem solving
- Good communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Good Excel skills
