Reporting to the Head of CRM & Loyalty, the Data Analyst will have the ability to interpret and analyse customer and loyalty data to generate actionable insights, provide comprehensive reporting and respond to ad-hoc data requests. This role will also have an opportunity to work closely with other data analysts across the business, as well as the IT team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing and maintaining standard reports;
  • Providing in-depth pre and post campaign and ROI analysis, as well as market and customer insights;
  • Customer profiling, segmentation and predictive modelling;
  • Developing and implementing loyalty dashboards, self-service and BI tools;
  • Identifying opportunities to drive customer engagement, profitability and growth; and
  • Developing and maintaining relevant documentation for business users;


  • 2+ years of experience in data, campaign analysis and reporting, preferably in retail;
  • Experience with accurately interpreting briefs, performing the required analysis and presenting actionable insights back to the business;
  • Experience in developing dashboards and data visualization tools;
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating datasets;
  • Passionate about new technologies and willing to learn and apply new data manipulation and analysis tools;
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills; and
  • Strong attention to detail


  • Exposure to web analytics, CRM platforms and other marketing systems (Email Platforms, CRM Systems, Campaign Management, Loyalty Engines, POS, GA, etc).
  • Experience with Python/R language, specifically data analysis packs
