Our client, a Diamond Dealer, are looking for a Dispatcher to join their London team. As the dispatcher, you will work closely with our sales team to put together orders for clients. You will have autonomy over orders that go out and it will be your responsibility to match diamonds by their colour, clarity and measurements.
Key responsibilities:
Processing and dispatching orders daily.
Processing returns on the system.
Remixing certified stones.
Remixing new certificates.
Ensure stock boxes are properly organised.
Managing new stock as it arrives.
Stock check and labelling certified stock.
Administrative tasks including filing documents.
Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication skills.
Strong collaborative skills, working with other business functions to deliver results.
Strong co-ordination and time management skills.
Able to use initiative as well as work as part of a team.
Proven experience in a similar dispatch/packing/administrative role.
Diamond or jewellery background preferred but not essential as we offer extensive diamond grading training prior to starting with us.
