A leader of managed print, document management and business process optimisation services.
More recently, established a Managed IT services offering for small to medium-sized businesses with the introduction of Workplace Hub an innovative all in one IT platform.

As an ER Specialist your duties will include:

  • First point of contact for our leaders on employee relations matters
  • Providing specialist advice and solutions in line with current legislation
  • Disciplinary, grievances, investigations, absenteeism, dismissal procedures consultations and capability
  • You will work with the HR Community to ensure timely and accurate resolution or escalation of HR queries and issues whilst using your coaching
  • Relationship building and problem-solving skills to ensure delivery of "people" interventions in the business


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop proactive strategic solutions and initiatives to improve existing policies and procedures around management of ER cases
  • Track, analyse and interpret ER metrics
  • ER Case Management -Maintaining up to date case handling system. Ensure Leaders are trained to support investigations, disciplinary and Grievances matters
  • Facilitate ER workshops for our leaders
  • Management of Long-Term Sick, AWOL and Suspension
  • Capability Performance Management
  • Employment Tribunal - prepare and document evidence as required by Company Solicitor, liaising with ACAS and Leaders
  • Promoting Wellbeing and Mental Health initiatives in the workplace


Must Haves

  • You have extensive experience in Human Resources and working cross functionally with all areas of HR
  • You will be CIPD qualified, have strong ER experience with the ability to upskill and mentor junior HR colleagues
  • Excellent judgement, with a logical, meticulous and pragmatic approach to decision-making
  • Ability to build strong and trusting relationships at all business levels
