EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join a multinational sports betting and gaming group.
Looking for a candidate to join their network Marketing team, based in their vibrant central London office.
The role holder will be responsible for providing support to the heads of regional Marketing as well as support to the EA for the CMO, as well as acting as liaison with other key stakeholders within the business. This role will involve extensive management of diaries and travel itineraries, as well as event organising across the UK and our locations across Western Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Working directly with regional marketing heads and the EA for the CMO, assisting them to ensure the delivery of the marketing strategy, across multiple brands. This will be a hands on role, suitable for someone experienced in working in a fast paced environment, providing assistance to multiple stakeholders at an executive level. The day to day functions will include: -

  • Extensive diary management
  • Organising travel itineraries
  • Organising events in both the UK and across our Western Europe locations, including team events
  • Liaising with key stakeholders in multiple departments
  • Following up on various actions to ensure tasks have been completed
  • May require some travel
  • Completion of ad-hoc personal and business related tasks
  • Building and maintaining relationships with a variety of key stakeholders
  • Working closely with marketing project teams
  • Some out of hours support may be required


Skills and Experience

  • Ideally looking for someone with a vast amount of experience working at executive level
  • Experience of working within a marketing function is desirable, although not essential
  • Experience of working in the gaming/gambling sector is desirable, although not essential
  • Outgoing and approachable with a flexible attitude to work
  • Attention to detail must be to a high standard
  • Ability to balance conflicting tasks
  • Must be articulate, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively, both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ideally able to hit the ground running and give instant support to the stakeholders
