Job description

A real estate investment and capital management company are looking to hire a Finance Administrator to join their growing team.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of monthly reforecasts including reconciliation of expense trackers to assist Centre Management teams
  • Complete monthly income postings for Concierge services
  • Analysis and tracking of Centre Management Income
  • Maintenance of accounts payable ledgers through regular review and monitoring of open orders and goods received and not invoiced (GRNI)
  • Monitor consistency in narratives and coding of purchase orders and ensure timely receipting
  • Training and maintenance of P2P (Purchase Order system) for the Centre Management team
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders
  • Complete mid-month and monthly bank reconciliations and associated balance sheet reconciliations for utility entities and Capital bank account.
  • Track business rates liabilities & liaise with the local council to ensure accurate charging
  • Daily reconciliation of cash receipts against the bank and relevant takings report
  • Prepare and manage weekly cash collection


Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Strong Accounts Payable (or similar) experience
  • Experience of month end processes
  • Strong communication skills and experience working closely with a non-financial operational team
  • JDE or other accounting systems experience desirable
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
