Job description

I am currently working with a global FMCG company are looking to hire a Finance Administrator to join their vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily finance administration, supporting both the Finance Director and Senior Account Manager.

This is an ideal role and a fantastic opportunity for someone who is actively studying towards an accountancy qualification and offers some great benefits including study support, flexi-hours and many more!

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable for the UK
  • Accounts Receivables for the UK
  • Payroll for both UK and Ireland
  • PO administration and housekeeping for Western Europe
  • Freight Invoice Re-Charge
  • EC Sales List
  • Process journals and assist in the month end cycle
  • B/S Reporting
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
  • Processing travel expenses for employees of UK and Ireland
  • Ad-Hoc duties as required.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a finance-based role including AP & AR
  • Part Qualified or AAT Qualified
  • Good knowledge of SAP system
  • Excel Savvy
  • Good Communicator
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership of wider-ranging responsibilities
  • Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Some who is social and can work well with others
