Global Media agency, this role supports the Global Finance team in establishing and developing processes, analysis, budget/forecasts, executing transactional workstreams and administrative matters.

Purpose

The Finance Business Partner Analyst will report to the Business Partners for Tech, Operations and Product. The role supports the Global Finance team in establishing and developing processes, analysis, budget/forecasts, executing transactional workstreams, administrative matters and deliver on key outcomes to get the job done from start to end. The role will play an integral part in the actuals, compliance, system management, budgeting and forecasting processes.

Key accountabilities:

• Budget, Forecast and Proforma administrative support (model maintenance, uploads, etc)
• Co-ordination and management of system changes e.g. HR records, Finance Records, etc.
• Calculation of Intercompany recharges, communication to key stakeholders, management of invoice/PO process, adhoc queries, and recoveries/settlement.
• Develop Opex review process to support Control & Accounting Department for monthly close process
• Actuals staff cost reconciliation to support monthly Actuals, Budget and forecast process
• Purchase Order analysis to support decisions on accruals and year end process, including management of the blanket PO/invoice process
• Problem solving with regards to Finance processes within a transaction, and finance dependencies
• Support in establishment and management of project reporting, monitoring, budgets and governance
• Collaborate with Finance Business Partners in best way to drive efficient and meaningful reporting

• Collate information, running and delivering routine and adhoc analysis and reports, where not available in dashboards, including Analysis support for key TOP initiatives e.g., Investments and RDEC Tax returns

Skill Requirements

• Qualified Management Accountant, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• Advanced Excel
• Experience with Maconomy financial management system
• Known ability to operate with and be respected by senior personnel
