A top end Global Company is looking for a focused & ambitious Finance Administrator/Analyst to join their highly recognised Finance team & be a part of a truly unique project.

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator/Analyst to join a strong team & gain unique domestic & international exposure in a range of tasks across the Group's billing function, reporting directly to the Billings, Collections and Revenue Manager.

What you'll be doing:
Execution of the contract / billing function, including:

• Approving / Processing of new contracts
• Engaging with teams
• Approving / Processing of contract variations and terminations
• Creation and distribution of invoices and credit note
• Review of contracts and contract variations for assessment on invoicing and revenue recognition
• Liaising with domestic & international sales teams to address billing requirements
• Liaising with the finance team to resolve sales tax and withholding tax matters
• Complete month end reporting within deadlines

What you'll bring to the team:

• Experience in a billing role
• Strong Attention to detail skills
• Strong time management skills
• A basic understanding of foreign taxes and currencies
• Experience with month end reconciling and reporting
• Experience with revenue recognition for service contracts
