My client is a logistics company based in London and they are looking for someone to come on board on a 6 month basis.

Your main responsibilities as Junior Finance Assistant will include:

• Management of our payments system and client monies account
• Bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining accounts payable & accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Processing employee expenses
• Dealing with customer, supplier & internal finance queries
• Helping with monthly payroll
• VAT compliance and reconciliations
• Supporting the team with other tasks and projects (month-end, annual accounts, adhoc projects etc )

Candidate must haves:

• Bank recs experience
• AAT qualified/ Part qualified ACCA/CIMA
• Short notice period
