Finance Business Partner

My client is a leading retail business looking for an experienced passionate Finance Business Partner to join there high achieving Finance team based in North London.

About the role:

As a Finance Business Partner you will partner with Business Leaders to provide 'real time' support to assist in decision making and driving commercial value.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Building strong partnering relationships with key stakeholders inside and outside of finance
• Providing commercial support to the Business unit Heads relating to financial targets, revenue optimization and cost efficiencies
• Preparing annual Budgets and regular Forecasts and track Actual financial performance each month
• Driving insights to add value
• Analysing and interpreting data and provide a clear and concise findings
• Providing insights, performance scorecards, benchmarking and competitor analysis

Your skills & experience:

• Previous experience in a finance business partnering role in a commercial environment
• ACA//ACCA/CIMA qualified with 3+ years post qualification experience
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
• Strong Excel/Financial Modelling skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team
• Good level of initiative and problem-solving skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
