My client is an exciting and fast paced Hedge Fund based in the City currently looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their team as they are implementing a new system across the business.

Role responsibilities:

• Manage and help develop a small team of Business Partners and Junior Business Partners
• Act as a Business partner for departments such as Legal, Marketing and Product Control
• Supporting executive management and operational departments
• Monitoring and analysing KPI's
• Manipulating and interpreting large sets of business data using the Business Intelligence Software
• Designing advanced reports and tools used by various areas in the business that would help improving decision making and the performance of the business
• Creating reports around cash-flow and forecasts
• Planning key indicators
• Monitoring P&L analysis

Candidate requirements:

• ACA/CA/CPA/CIMA Qualified 1-3 years Qualified
• Tier 5 Visa accepted
• Must have experience working within an Investment Bank, Private Equity, Hedge Fund
• Immediately available/ 1 week notice
