A leading global investment company with an outstanding reputation in the market is currently hiring a Finance Director who has significant experience running a large sized finance function. You will oversee all finance responsibilities such as the financial reporting, fund finance, quarterly reporting and the annual audit process as well as being a commercially focussed accountant with excellent business partnering. This is a really exciting and challenging role with lots of autonomy and exposure to the whole business.

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the interpretation and presentation of financial results
• Improve the budget process and financial performance monitoring
• Optimise corporate structures
• Oversight and sign-off of all operating company accounts and fund accounts
• Delivering the annual budgeting and forecasting process
• Development and management of full board level monthly MI
• Contribute to strategic direction and development of business
• Oversight of the VAT and corporate tax reporting
• Management of significantly sized finance team

Skills:

• Financial services background
• Qualified accountant (ACA preferred)
• 8 years+ PQE experience
• Management skills
• Technically skilled and commercially minded
