My client a Global Leading Consultancy business is looking for a Finance Manager to join their head office team based in the City of London.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis including variance analysis to budget / forecast
• Preparation of monthly commentary / financial reports for department and regional management on a monthly basis
• Preparation of forecasts on a monthly basis
• Preparation of budgets on an annual basis
• Provide input to commercial proposals
• Advise the business on financial issues, including FX and tax
• Liaise with finance managers to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting across the region
• Liaise with Finance managers in other regions to ensure completeness and accuracy across the world
• Liaise with the business operations to ensure accuracy of billing
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of accrued income
• Provide WIP reports to business
• Review debtor balances and assist with resolving debt issues
• Calculation of online commission payments
• Management of one direct report
• Provide ad hoc financial support to departments as required
• Assist with local statutory reporting requirements as required
• Assist with internal and external audits as required
• Assist Regional Finance Director as required

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven management accounting experience
• Proven analytical accounting experience
• Experience of budgets and forecasts
• An accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
