Finance Manager

A UK Leading Tech Start - Up business based in the heart of London is looking for a Finance Manager to join their evolving team. The business was included in WIRED's 2016 Top 100 Hottest Start Ups in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Month end balance sheet reconciliations for key control accounts (Payroll, AP, AR, Bank)
• Develop and run robust and efficient Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Administrator and Authority of NetSuite General Ledger System
• Concur Expenses administrator
• Global banking administrator
• Enforce consistent payment and receipt terms across the business
• Liaise with Commercial teams to manage contractual cashflows
• Cashflow Management and forecasting
• Fixed Assets and CAPEX
• Technical accounting advice
• Line management/ coaching and development of up to 4 administrative staff including AP Manager, AR/Billings Analyst and 2 Finance Assistants

You will:

• ACCA / CIMA qualified, ideally 2 years PQE
• Have experience managing and leading month end and budget cycles
• Have experience in board reporting and working with senior stakeholders
• Have good attention to detail
• Be a team player
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
