My client a Global Leading Real Estate business based in Central London is looking for a Finance Manager to join their head office team.

As Finance Manager, you will lead the finance team and provide insight into key decisions made country wide.

• Lead the team of finance and be responsible for financial health of a company;
• Produce financial reports and develop strategies based on financial research;
• Responsible for the monthly reporting, income and expenditure, ensure that information produced is robust, accurate and owned by appropriate individuals;
• Support management with the development and implementation of the long term strategy;
• Responsible for the recruitment, management, development and retention of the finance team;
• To provide insights into key decisions made on a country-level basis

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified accountant in either ACA / ACCA / CIMA
• Have proven Financial Controller experience within the property / real estate industry
• Have proven managerial experience
• Have proven practice experience
