My client is leading and growing Insurance firm looking to recruit a Financial Accountant on a contract basis.

Role responsibilities:

• Production of statutory accounts for subsidiary and joint venture companies.
• Assisting in the preparation of the interim and final accounts for the Group
• Assisting in the completion of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Assisting in other financial accounting work as required in conjunction with other Finance departments such as quarterly management accounts for certain entities
• Contributing towards the department's internal control procedures
• Assisting in the preparation of the Group consolidated accounts
• Assisting in the preparation of the monthly inter-company interest / management charge

Candidate requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CA/CAANZ Qualified - 2-3 years post qualified
• Immediately available/1 week notice period
• Must have Insurance industry experience
