This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a leading organisation within a large finance team.


Your new role
Within this role the right candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Accountant, with responsibilities including but not be limited to:

• Monthly general ledger account reconciliations/assisting with month end process
• Preparation and processing of journals
• P&L and Balance Sheet
• The annual audit of full consolidated accounts
• Assistance with effective cash flow management
• Financial reporting and tax compliance
• Quarterly statutory reporting
• Fixed asset register maintenance
• Work with finance team to identify and implement business process improvement
• Other ad hoc duties to support the team

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant. You will have come from a large business with a complex finance structure. You will have an ACA/ACCA qualification and possess strong attention to detail skills. You will have a critical mindset and want to help drive business performance with the willingness to learn and develop as well as excellent written skills.
