Financial Accountant Spec

An exciting and dynamic London-based PR company has an opportunity for a newly qualified Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis. The opportunity has arisen due to an internal move and you will be reporting to the Finance Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Review all transactions and payments
• Preparation and review of balance sheets reconciliations and financial statements
• Preparation of journal postings, accruals and prepayments
• Bank and General Ledger reconciliations
• Assist with all external reporting, which includes statutory accounts
• Assisting with preparing of cash flow and forecasts
• Assist with the year-end and audit process
• Month end reporting

Essential Criteria:

• Several years experience including Audit
• Newly qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA
• Good understanding of statutory accounts
