KennedyPearce are currently recruiting a Financial Accountant on behalf of a national leading Tech business based in London.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Financial Accountant will be responsible for:

• Assist in the core business gross margin calculation process
• Own the gross margin process for the store
• Posting credit card expenses
• Owning prepayments
• Owning fixed assets
• Allocation process
• Calculation of accruals
• Owning the month-end close process for Ireland
• Liaising with the wider finance team to ensure accurate reporting
• Performing balance sheet reconciliations at each month end
• Working with external auditors on the preparation of financial statements and facilitation of the annual audits
• Developing and implementing financial controls
• Assisting the finance manager and group financial controller with various ad hoc projects

You will:

• Be a Newly qualified Accountant from mid-tier practice
• You will have experience in preparing accounts
• You will be a progressive management / financial accountant who is looking for a career within a fast paced growing technology business
• You will be highly academic

This role is paying up to £50k
